Virgin Media will be attending Upper Site on 24/08 to complete the installation of a resilient internet line. Provisioned downtime is 2 hours, although this will likely be far less.
During this time, internet access on site will be unavailable. Remote Access will also be inaccessible. Internal services such as SIMS, 4Matrix, File Access will remain accessible from within site. Office 365 will be unaffected.
