Virgin Media will be undertaking a remote upgrade on behalf of LGFL this coming Tuesday at 1400 hours. Estimated downtime is 10 minutes, although we have allocated a 30 minute block in case of any delays.
Remote Access services will be unavailable during this time. Internet access on the Upper Site will also be unavailable during this time, and service access on the Lower Site will be severely disrupted. As a cloud service, Office 365 remains unaffected.
